Stragglers 2026 Online Enrolment Form

I being the parent/legal guardian of the child stated above do hereby give my consent to my dependent taking part in the Stragglers Junior Cricket Week. I understand that he/she will take part entirely at his/her own risk, and that while every precaution and care will be taken by the organizers, neither they, the Managers or the Coaches, nor any Sponsors will be responsible for any accident, illness or injury which may occur during or as a result of the cricket week. Further, I authorize the organizers to act in “loco parentis” and empower them to authorize essential medical treatment which for any reason may become necessary. I further understand that my dependent will be subject to the standard of discipline laid down by the organizers of the cricket week, and departure from these standards will result in immediate disciplinary action. I agree that photographs taken during the week may be used on social media and/or our web page.
